Graduate Tax Trainee (ACCA/CTA) - Dublin - September 2026
About the Programme
The training contract takes three years to complete with full support and access to first-class tuition centres. If you’re AAT Level 4 qualified, you will be eligible for exemptions; otherwise all trainees are expected to complete the full ACCA. Studying alongside a cohort is encouraged to maximise exam success.
Your Role and Development
You’ll be supported by experienced professionals and gradually introduced to a wide range of technical and advisory work. You’ll gain hands-on experience while building your knowledge of Irish tax compliance and advisory services.
You can expect to be involved in:
* Assisting with advisory services to the Irish film, TV, and gaming industries
* Working closely with managers on tax advisory and compliance services for a broad range of domestic and international clients, including high net-worth individuals and family offices
* Supporting the tax compliance process, including tax accounting and learning how tax returns are prepared and submitted
* Conducting technical research and assisting with responses to client queries and internal team questions
* Identifying advisory opportunities within client portfolios and contributing to tax planning discussions
* Gaining insight into Irish tax incentives such as film relief, unscripted production tax credits, digital gaming tax credits, and R&D tax credits
* Assisting in Irish and multi-jurisdictional tax advisory projects including mergers and acquisitions, business exits, and global compliance engagements
What You'll Need
* 2:1 (expected or obtained) in any discipline
* A minimum of 400 Leaving Certificate points or 120 UCAS points (or equivalent)
* A minimum of B (or equivalent) in GCSE/Junior Certificate Maths and English Language

Programme Start and Applications
