Are you an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver looking for a stable, full-time role with a leading waste management company? Panda Recycling, part of the Beauparc Group, is seeking a skilled driver to join our busy team in Ramstown, Gorey, operating a Refuse Collection Vehicle (RCV).
What We\'re Offering
* Pay: €17.50 per hour
* Bonus Structure: Up to €20 bonus per day (€14 Attendance Bonus & €6 KPI Bonus)
* Subsistence Allowance: €17.92 per day
* Schedule: Monday to Friday
* Hours: 45 hours per week
* Start Time: 5:00 AM
* Vehicle: Modern Refuse Collection Vehicle (RCV / Bin Lorry)
* Perks: Paid breaks & 20 days\' holiday per year (pro-rata)
Your Role
Based out of our Ramstown, Gorey depot, you will be the face of Panda, responsible for the safe and efficient collection of waste and recycling. This is a hands-on role where you\'ll be driving a Refuse Collection Vehicle (RCV) on a designated route, ensuring the highest standards of safety and service.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct daily safety checks on your Refuse Collection Vehicle (RCV).
* Complete assigned collections efficiently and on time.
* Maintain accurate records using digital systems.
* Assist with route planning using our in-cab GPS.
* Keep your vehicle clean and presentable.
* Represent Panda professionally on the road.
What You Need To Succeed (Essential Requirements)
* A minimum of 1 year of HGV Class 2 driving experience.
* A full, clean Class C driving licence.
* A valid Driver CPC Card.
* Must be over 25 for insurance purposes.
* A strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.
