We are looking for an organised individual, with excellent communication skills to join our team. The successful candidate will need to be customer focused. Previous experience in customer service, although not essential, would be an advantage.
Requirements:
· Meet and greet customers promptly in a professional and courteous manner
· Computer literacy is important
· Organise schedules and take bookings for both the Valeting and Service Departments
· Follow up with customers
· Ability to work well in a fast paced, high-pressure environment
· Strong communication skills
