Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Quality Management System (QMS) and HACCP programs Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations, BRC, and retail food standards Collaborate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to uphold quality standards Monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions for non-conformances Prepare for and lead audits, ensuring all corrective actions are effectively implemented Conduct product inspections, internal audits, and traceability exercises Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and safety Requirements: Minimum 4 years' experience in food manufacturing QA/QC Degree in Food Science or related discipline BRC & Grocery Retail Food Standard experience (essential) HACCP, internal auditing certification (desirable) Strong knowledge of food safety standards, supplier assurance & auditing Proficiency in MS Office (SAP experience a plus) Interested?
