Demonstrable experience in Medical Workforce preferably within the HSE or an equivalent public health environment, including knowledge of medical staffing structures and contracts.
Experience of employment control and Consultant approval processes desirable, including coordination of submissions, governance requirements and progression of actions to implementation (e.g., RCECC/CAAC and associated system updates).
Proven experience liaising with multiple stakeholders (e.g., sites, NDTP, National Clinical Programme Leads, senior management and clinicians).
Strong data management and reporting capability, including maintaining and quality assuring datasets, developing/maintaining trackers, and producing accurate management information and returns to support workforce governance and decision-making.
Working knowledge of employment legislation and HSE HR policies and procedures relevant to the role.
A degree of flexibility in approach to working hours is required to ensure deadlines are met.
Access to own transport is needed to allow for travel to sites as needed.
