B-Pod currently require an multi skilled operative with bathroom repair and finishing experience for immediate start to join their site support team covering Dublin City and County completing internal and external works to prefabricated bathroom pods. Ability to work diligently on own a must.

Responsibilities
· Repairs to Pods (internal and external)
. Tile damage repairs
· Final internal snagging works to pods pre-handover of project
· General paint, silicone and decor touch-ups/ repairs
· Installation and replacement of sanitary ware/brassware
· Report daily/weekly timesheets on works completed
· Comply with Health & Safety procedures.
Requirements
· Must have all-round skilled construction experience and competency in bathroom Tiling and finishing to a high level.
· Basic Electrical knowledge
· Ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative
· A can-do attitude
· Adaptable
· Good verbal and written communication skills
· Own Basic Tools
· Experience of working on large construction sites desirable.
· Valid Safe Pass & Manual Handling
