We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Site Manager
to join a leading contractor delivering landmark projects in Dublin.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of high-quality construction developments, lead dynamic site teams, and make a lasting impact on some of Ireland's most visually striking projects.
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for driving performance, ensuring compliance, and fostering a strong site culture built on collaboration, safety, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead site operations
: Manage and coordinate labour forces and specialist subcontractors on a daily basis.
Programme delivery
: Monitor progress against agreed schedules, proactively addressing challenges to meet targets.
Quality assurance
: Ensure all works are delivered to the highest standards of workmanship.
Health & Safety compliance
: Uphold regulations and company policies, promoting a safe working environment.
Stakeholder collaboration
: Build strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to drive success.
Candidate Profile
7–10 years' experience in Site Management
Background with a main contractor, ideally on large-scale commercial or mixed-use projects (pharma experience an advantage)
Third-level qualification or trades background with excellent knowledge of construction trades
Strong organisational, delegation, and leadership skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant IT tools
Collaborative team player with the ability to lead effectively
