Role Description
We are seeking a Customer Support & Success Specialist for a hybrid full-time role based in the UK or Ireland, with the option for remote work. The role involves providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering technical assistance. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and proactively building relationships with clients to enhance their experience and success with DigiTally.
Qualifications
* Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills
* Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills to build relationships and address client needs
* Proficiency in Technical Support, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively
* Demonstrated Analytical Skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights
* Ability to adapt quickly to a hybrid work environment
* Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms is a plus
* Prior experience in a customer-facing or support role is an advantage
