We are looking for an Engineering Administrator to join Apleona team on a full-time basis Working pattern: Monday to Friday from 09:*****:00 Key Responsibilities: Assist the operations team with planning and scheduling jobs and projects, ensuring all resources are in place.
Prepare and maintain job schedules, updating teams on progress as needed.
Ensure that reports and updates are sent to clients in a timely and accurate manner.
Maintain digital copy records of all logs, reports, and other relevant documentation for easy access and reference.
Assist with the preparation of invoices, receipts, and other financial paperwork when required.
Schedule and organise internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and necessary documentation.
Coordinate logistics for meetings, training sessions, or client visits Requirements: Proven experience in a similar operations or administrative support role.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with invoicing, reporting and record-keeping.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
Experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders (internal and external).
