Offer description

We are currently inviting applications for our graduate programme across Financial Reporting and Audit service lines, which offers opportunities in our Bantry or Limerick City offices respectively. You’ll be part of a team that supports prestigious clients, including listed entities, gaining experience that sets you apart.
What you will be doing:

Assist in drafting financial highlights disclosures, sharpening your understanding of key reporting insights
Develop and manage supporting schedules and documentation in Excel, enhancing your analytical and reporting skills
Collaborate with investment managers, administrators, auditors, and other financial professionals, giving you valuable exposure to the wider financial services ecosystem
Present your work to senior team members, including the Practice Manager and Principal, allowing for direct mentorship and feedback from experienced professionals

Audit (Limerick)

Assist with planning, preparation and completion of audit work papers and documentation
Communicate with clients to request information
Support compliance with audit standards and regulations and develop technical audit knowledge through training
Participate in team projects and contribute to findings
Gain experience in risk assessment and control testing for direct mentorship and feedback from experienced professionals
Conduct process interviews, document narratives, analyse process controls and perform testing of key controls

What will you need:
We are looking for exceptional graduates who are ready to stand out. Ideal candidates will:

Be currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline, with a strong academic track record
Bring a curious, analytical mindset and a passion for solving complex problems
Have a working knowledge - or a strong academic foundation - in IFRS and GAAP, with a keen interest in applying this in real-world scenarios
Demonstrate sharp logic and technical problem-solving abilities, and the drive to investigate and resolve issues independently
Be confident working in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, and open to developing advanced skills
Possess a meticulous attention to detail, with clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
Be highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable managing competing priorities
Thrive both independently and within a collaborative team environment
Have legal entitlement to work in Ireland
