Operations Manager Job Summary
This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing team. The Operations Manager will provide strategic direction, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and foster a culture of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Documentation Management: Ensure all documentation is current, accurate, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
* Operational Oversight: Manage all aspects of respective areas' operations, including planning, execution, and control.
* Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage operation manufacturing specialist teams to achieve business objectives.
* Reporting and Analytics: Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends to inform business decisions.
* Performance Tracking: Track relevant metrics to ensure operations are performing effectively and efficiently.
* Quality Assurance: Implement a contamination-free program to ensure highest process success rates.
* Safety Initiatives: Work to the highest safety standards and support safety initiatives and implementation of safety improvements.
* Interdepartmental Collaboration: Interface with other departments, such as Facilities, Process Sciences, Regulatory, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control.
