This role is suited to experienced professionals with a strong transactional background looking to step into a high‑exposure strategic finance role:
Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with 3–5 years’ PQE in corporate finance or transaction services
Experience in Big 4, Top 10, Boutique advisory or Corporate Finance House
Strong financial modelling and commercial analysis capability
Proven project management and due diligence experience
Skilled in preparing business proposals and investment memorandums
Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with executive‑level and non‑financial stakeholders
Role and Reporting Lines
Working closely with the Head of Commercial Finance and reporting directly to the executive management team, the role will include:
Financial Modelling: Development and review of detailed financial models for transaction and investment analysis
Cross‑functional Liaison: Collaborating with internal teams on Sales & Marketing strategy and tracking cashflow impacts
Funding Coordination: Managing submissions to financial institutions to ensure timely delivery of funds
Project Reporting: Preparing quarterly reports on project performance including cashflows, variances, and debt forecasts
Sales Reporting: Producing detailed analysis of sales performance and KPI metrics
Executive Reporting: Supporting decision‑making through high‑quality analysis and reporting
Capital Structure Management: Reviewing and enhancing financing arrangements as needed
