Due to continued expansion (with a new location launching shortly), they're now looking to hire an experiencedQualified Accountantto take ownership of the day-to-day finance function.This is ahands-on rolesuited to someone who enjoys being close to the operational side of the business while maintaining strong control over financial reporting, compliance, and systems.About your new job.You will be responsible for the smooth financial running of the business across multiple locations, with particular focus on bookkeeping, POS and stock reconciliation, payroll, and management reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesDay-to-day bookkeeping in Xero, including bank reconciliations, AP/AR, invoicing, and expense trackingPreparation and filing of VAT returns, ensuring compliance with Irish tax regulationsManagement and reconciliation of POS systems across multiple sitesOversight of stock control and inventory across multiple locationsPreparation of monthly management accounts, cash flow statements, and financial reportsPayroll processing, including PAYE and statutory filingsLiaising with suppliers, customers, and external accountantsSupporting budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow managementImproving financial processes, controls, and reporting as the business continues to scaleIs this you?Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA)Strong working knowledge of Xero (essential)Experience managing POS systems and stock control in a multi-site environmentSolid understanding of VAT, payroll, and Irish compliance requirementsWhat's on OfferNewly created role which you can put your own stamp onSalary 65kExciting time to join the business and contribute to their growth.Next Steps?Apply via the link below to Natasha at Sigmar Recruitment for a confidential discussion on this and other opportunities available.
