Qualifications & Responsibilities
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Certification of good health signed by a licensed physician.
Supervise the operation of all district wide HVAC/R systems.
3-5 years of HVAC journeyman level required.
EPA Section 608 certification preferred.
Ensure all mechanical systems comply with state building codes, EPA regulations, and ASHRAE standards.
Serve as primary contact for after-hours emergencies.
