Key Responsibilities
Lead the care team to deliver high-quality services to older adults, ensuring adherence to HIQA standards and regulations.
Requirements:
* A qualified nurse with a minimum of 3 years' management experience in the last 6 years within care for the older person area.
* Post-registration management qualification in health or a related field.
* Thorough knowledge of HIQA standards, regulations, and governance within a nursing home setting.
* Proven track record in management with excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
* Able to promote a team environment and make sound decisions.
* Flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the organisation.
