Job Title: Behavioural Support Specialist
About the Role
This is a senior leadership position in our team, responsible for developing and implementing positive behaviour support plans (PBSPs) for children with autism.
Main Responsibilities
* Create individualised PBSPs and IEPs that meet the unique needs of each child.
* Tutor students across all preschool classes, ensuring their academic progress is on track.
* Liaise with parents, teachers, tutors, regional managers to ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children or adults with autism/learning differences. A Board-Certified Behaviour Analysis credential would be beneficial but not essential as long as they have relevant applied experience.
