We are on the lookout for a dynamic Hospitality Manager to join our team in the city centre. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience, energy and a desire to develop and grow as we do.
This is a Monday – Friday role and involves planning and execution of all client hospitality requests, from meeting room refreshments and lunches, social events such as happy hours and pop-ups through to fine dining we have it all.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily hospitality operations, ensuring excellent food and service delivery
• Build strong relationships with clients
• Management of stock and equipment to provide required services
• Train and develop a team to support you
• Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards
• Financial management of events from budgeting through billing.
Our ideal Hospitality Manager will have:
• Experience in events or hospitality management.
• Leadership and team development skills
• Strong communication and client relationship management
• Creativity and passion for food innovation
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations including HACCP
• Ability to manage your time to meet the business needs
