technical onboarding for enterprise customers

The ideal candidate will come from a
solutions or integration architecture background
, with strong customer-facing experience and the ability to translate complex technical environments into clear integration strategies.
Role / Opportunity
Customer-Facing Solutions/Technical Architect
Lead enterprise customer onboarding and technical integrations
Define integration approaches between customer systems and a SaaS platform
Oversee large-scale data migrations from legacy systems
Support enterprise customers in adopting moderncloud-based platforms
Fast-growing SaaS company with strong investment and global customers
Skills / Experience
5+ years experience in solutions architecture, integration architecture, or technical consulting
Strong experience with enterprise integrations (APIs, databases, middleware)
Experience supporting or designing large-scale data migrations
Customer-facing experience working with enterprise stakeholders
Understanding of cloud environments (Azure or AWS)
