A snapshot of your key responsibilities as Test Analyst would be:
* Collaborate with business users and project teams to define application requirements.
* Design and develop test approaches, test cases, and test plans for functional, non-functional, performance, security, and API testing.
* Execute test cases, log defects, and track issues through to resolution.
* Provide results analysis, defect reports, and operational reporting.
* Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate testing with business users.
* Work closely with the Test Manager to identify and implement testing improvements.
* Evaluate and recommend testing tools for enhanced efficiency.
* Escalate issues in a timely manner and proactively contribute to process improvements.
Requirements:
* 3+ years in a similar testing role
* Strong experience in manual testing (automation experience is a plus).
* Hands-on experience in web application testing and API testing.
* SQL knowledge and experience using Test Management Tools.
* Experience with JIRA and Confluence (preferred).
* Previous experience in the insurance industry or claims rules testing is an advantage.
* Exposure to DevOps and iterative development practices is beneficial.
* Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
