About the Role
In this dynamic and forward-thinking position, you will be responsible for enhancing the member journey from onboarding and engagement to event delivery and growth strategies. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
* Engage with members through personalized calls, emails, and support to boost satisfaction and retention.
* Drive membership growth by reaching out to potential members and promoting key benefits.
* Coordinate events from planning and logistics to live support for both virtual and in-person formats.
* Manage CRM data and contribute to a seamless digital member experience.
* Support marketing and engagement campaigns to enhance visibility and value.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 3+ years of experience in a sales, membership, or client engagement role.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Confidence in proactive outreach.
