This entry level role will suit a candidate seeking experience within the semiconductor industry.Scope of roleThe role will focus on problems of limited scope.Follows standard practices and procedures in analysing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.Instructing customers in the operation and maintenance of the system and serves as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects.Interpreting customers' needs and clarifying if the responsibility for problem resolution falls to sales personnel, customer support reps, or engineers.Guaranteeing customer's satisfaction, maintaining daily communication, building effective relationships and partnering with them to jointly lead the growth of our industry.S/he builds customer trust both internally & externally at local level, respects diversity and collaborate with the team and colleagues effectively.This job may include any aspect of field support and is not limited to system hardware and software, PCs, and networking/wireless networking.Based on business needs, business travels within the region or at an international level might be required.Skills and KnowledgeHigh School diploma or completed professional training in a technical field (e.g. mechatronics technician electrical/electronic field); preference for University's degree in Engineering or related field.Ability to read and understand technical drawings, mechanical diagrams, electrical schematics, gases knowledge.Normally receives detailed instructions on all work and is supported by the line manager or appropriate delegate.On the job training will be provided.High focus on Safety, Quality and Compliance standards.
