Motor Parts Coordinator
This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to the success of a growing business sector in Ireland. As a Motor Parts Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's motor business.
The role involves various responsibilities, including receiving and verifying stock deliveries, storing stock items correctly, supplying parts for internal and external customers, ordering stock from suppliers, maintaining accurate sales and returns documentation, handling returns, discounts, cash, and credit transactions, updating stock listings and parts catalogues, collaborating with the Parts Manager regularly, assisting with marketing initiatives, operating in accordance with company security policy, advising and training junior staff, and maximising profitability on all transactions.
Our ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Parts Advisor or After Sales professional, with previous experience in the motor industry being a significant advantage. They should be an initiative-taking professional with excellent customer service skills, strong interpersonal, written, and communication skills, and a team player attitude.
This is a permanent role with a competitive salary depending on the candidate's skills and experience, expected to be up to €32K per annum. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm, onsite in Tipperary, Ireland.
