Job Overview
The company seeks a highly skilled professional to join their HR team as an HR Executive. This is a part-time position requiring approximately 24 hours of work per week.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with the HR Director and General Manager, covering a wide range of HR duties and projects across the site.
* Conduct employee engagement and query resolution, recruitment and onboarding, training activities, and payroll reporting.
Requirements:
* Hold a degree in Human Resources or a related field from a third-level institution.
* Have at least three years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
* possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels.
