Maintenance Technician (Pharmaceutical)Schedule: Day Shift | Monday–Friday | 39-hour weekThe Role:Lead Group Ireland is currently recruiting a Maintenance Technician to support a large, Pharmaceutical facility in Limerick. This is a permanent, days-only role offering excellent work–life balance and long-term stability within a highly regulated environment.The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining critical mechanical systems, ensuring high equipment reliability, and supporting data driven maintenance strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform planned and reactive mechanical maintenance on site utilities and facility systemsSupport maintenance activities across HVAC, pumps, compressors, pipework, and associated mechanical assetsCollect, analyse, and interpret equipment data to support maintenance and reliability decisionsAssist with fault-finding, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiativesEnsure all work is carried out in compliance with GMP, EHS, and site proceduresWork closely with engineering, facilities, and operations teamsMaintain accurate maintenance documentation and reportsRequirementsTrade qualification or a related engineering (preferred)Previous experience in a facilities, utilities, or industrial maintenance environmentExperience within pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, medical device, or regulated manufacturing environments is highly desirableStrong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to collect, interpret, and use data to support maintenance planning and decision-makingGood understanding of GMP and safety standardsStrong communication skills and a proactive approach to workWhat's on OfferCompetitive salaryDays only role – no shifts or weekendsMonday–Friday, 39-hour working weekOpportunity to work in a world-class biopharmaceutical facilityLong-term career progression and stabilitySupportive and professional working environmentJob Types: Full-time, PermanentWork Location: In person
