Job Description

As a Corporate Services Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the Finance & Operations Manager and other departments. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing secretarial support such as document preparation, email management, and maintaining both digital and manual filing systems.

* Attend meetings in a corporate secretarial capacity, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking follow-up actions.
* Manage general office administration and assist with utility billing processes by downloading monthly bills and submitting them to a third-party bookkeeping service.
* Support the preparation of reports for internal and external stakeholders, including contributions to the Annual Assembly report.

In addition, you may be asked to assist the Projects & Sustainability Manager with administrative tasks and support the finance team with invoicing and related tasks. You will also be responsible for maintaining HR records and ensuring compliance with internal policies.

Other administrative duties may be assigned by the Finance & Operations Manager as needed. To be successful in this role, you should have strong administrative and organisational skills, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a small team.


Required Skills and Qualifications

This role requires:

* Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
* A proactive, detail-oriented approach to work.
* Previous experience in a company secretarial or similar administrative role would be an advantage.


Benefits

The salary for this position is €27,000 per year.
