Ecolab is seeking a Senior Global Technical Consultant to support pharmaceutical clients in solving complex quality and manufacturing challenges within highly regulated environments.How You’ll Make An ImpactWork within expanding and dynamic pharmaceutical client environmentsAnalyze and resolve complex technical and quality-related issues, including leading or supporting investigations and CAPA activitiesProvide expert consulting in microbiology, manufacturing processes, and pharmaceutical quality systemsCollaborate closely with client Quality Assurance (QA) and Operations teamsSupport and lead global projects, managing multiple stakeholders across functions and locationsConduct data-driven analysis and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendationsCommunicate effectively with clients at all levels, including the ability to challenge and push back when required to uphold quality and compliance standardsParticipate in an approximately three‑month onboarding and training programQualificationsMinimum 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing in the Aseptics areaDegree in Microbiology (required)Master’s degree is a strong assetProven project management skillsDeep understanding of pharmaceutical industry processes and regulatory expectationsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of effectiveness and confidence in client‑facing situationsAbility to work independently in complex, fast‑paced, and international environmentsWillingness and ability to travel approximately 50% of time internationallyThe other 50% of the work will be remoteFluent English (mandatory)German language skills are highly advantageousEEO StatementEcolab is committed to fair and equal treatment of associates and applicants and furthering the principles of Equal Opportunity to Employment.
