About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our Aftersales Department. As an After Sales Advisor, you will be a key point of contact for customers across our Service, Aftersales, and Parts departments.
This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role where you'll deliver outstanding service while coordinating the day-to-day operations that keep our business running at the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the first point of contact for service and parts inquiries, both in person and over the phone
* Schedule and manage service bookings efficiently, ensuring excellent communication with customers
* Liaise with technicians to monitor job progress and provide timely updates to customers
* Advise customers on necessary repairs, service needs, and parts availability
* Process invoices, warranty claims, and follow-up communication with accuracy and professionalism
* Support the parts department in ordering, stocking, and issuing vehicle parts
Requirements
Previous experience in an automotive aftersales or service advisor role is preferred. You should possess strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Knowledge of automotive systems, parts, and workshop operations is an advantage. High attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a busy environment are essential.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dealership software (e.g., CDK, Kerridge) is desirable. A full, clean driver's license is required.
