Overview of Role:
At FinTrU, our Product Technology team seeks an experienced Principal DevOps Engineer to lead the design, deployment, and optimization of high-quality solutions. You will contribute to product and platform development, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.
You will advocate for best practices in automation, reliability, and performance, while mentoring junior engineers to foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Requirements:
* 7+ years’ experience in a software development environment, with hands-on support/DevOps roles, including incident management and RCA.
* Proficiency in Azure Cloud, Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes.
* Experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
* Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and Ansible.
Responsibilities include:
* Enhancing product and platform quality and performance.
* Driving DevOps practices and ensuring high availability.
* Implementing automation and IAC solutions.
* Leading incident response and root cause analysis.
* Mentoring junior engineers.
