Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities)
1. To prepare requirement doc from business MoM, client discussion.
2. To prepare and understand technical and functional document from requirement.
3. To prepare jira/radar stories/sub-tasks from requirement.
4. To be able to tell feasibility of the requirement to the client.
5. To provide the estimate of the tasks/subtasks and validates the same in collaboration with dev team.
6. To perform functional testing of the feature.
7. To be able to run a demo of the feature to client and business before and after go-live.
8. To be able to prepare execution plan for a Sprint.
9. Engage with business stakeholders in order to capture, advise on, and where appropriate influence, business requirements.
10. Translate Business requirements to technical specification and test cases.
11. Work closely with engineering teams across multiple timezones to ensure functional and non-functional requirements are captured properly.
12. Represent the engineering team for user acceptance testing which includes but not limited to:
1. Review and contribute in building test scenarios and cases.
2. Triaging all issues across various engineering teams and ensuring that correct owner(s) are assigned.
3. Manage issue backlog with QA, cross-functional IT and UAT teams.
4. Help and support test reporting.
14. Support the Project Manager to ensure that deliveries are on time and to the required scope and quality.
15. Responsible for delivery quality in order to ensure that the delivered capability meets the business requirements.
16. Responsible for delivery timeliness in order to ensure that activities are delivered to the project plan.
17. Provide regular status reports to the Project Manager and escalate appropriate issues in a timely manner.
18. Support the team on day-to-day activities, as required, to ensure successful deliveries.
Mandatory Skills
At least 3-year experience on Requirements Elicitation and Project Management using Agile.
Desired Skills
Engage with business stakeholders to capture, advise on, and where appropriate influence, business requirements. Translate Business requirements to technical specification and test cases.
