This team has acted in many of the most significant cases before the Irish courts in recent years and is frequently instructed on complex, multi-party and cross-jurisdictional disputes.
The practice is partner-led and known for delivering strategic, efficient and commercially focused litigation solutions.
The team represents a high-calibre client base including publicly quoted companies, major Irish and international corporates, high-net-worth individuals, regulators and public bodies.
Work spans all judicial fora from District Court through to the Supreme Court and CJEU as well as regulatory appeals, mediations, conciliations and arbitrations.
Areas of expertise include: Corporate and commercial disputes Banking and financial services litigation Intellectual property and technology disputes Data and privacy matters Professional negligence Public and administrative law Construction and procurement disputes Competition, defamation and employment disputes The Role: You will manage your own caseload, work closely with partners on complex High Court matters, and gain strong client exposure across a broad range of sectors including pharma, technology, energy, aviation, finance and construction.
