Responsibilities
* Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, and medication administration
* Support residents with mobility and physical exercises as required
* Monitor and document residents’ health and well-being, promptly reporting any changes to the care team
* Provide emotional support and companionship to enhance residents' quality of life
* Maintain cleanliness and organization in resident living areas
* Collaborate with healthcare staff to develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs
* Participate in training and development to enhance your caregiving skills
* Previous experience as a care assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
* Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine compassion for helping others.
* Ability to work well within a team and maintain effective communication.
* Willingness to relocate to Ireland and immerse yourself in a new culture.
* Relevant qualifications or certifications in healthcare or social care are advantageous.
* Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings if required.
