Responsibilities
Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, and medication administration
Support residents with mobility and physical exercises as required
Monitor and document residents' health and well-being, promptly reporting any changes to the care team
Provide emotional support and companionship to enhance residents' quality of life
Maintain cleanliness and organization in resident living areas
Collaborate with healthcare staff to develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs
Participate in training and development to enhance your caregiving skills
Previous experience as a care assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine compassion for helping others.
Ability to work well within a team and maintain effective communication.
Willingness to relocate to Ireland and immerse yourself in a new culture.
Relevant qualifications or certifications in healthcare or social care are advantageous.
Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings if required.
EU residency is mandatory.
