About the Role

* Project Planning & Execution: Create and implement comprehensive project plans, considering timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
* Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure project alignment.
* Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce adherence to health and safety regulations and conduct regular safety inspections.
* Quality Assurance: Oversee quality control processes to ensure construction meets the highest industry standards.
* Team Leadership & Development: Lead and motivate a diverse construction team, promoting a collaborative work environment.
* Cost Management: Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality and safety.
* Communication & Reporting: Maintain open communication with stakeholders and prepare detailed reports on project status, challenges, and resolutions.
* Problem-Solving & Inspection: Conduct inspections to identify potential quality issues and resolve them proactively.

Requirements

* Education: A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
* Experience: Proven track record as a Construction Site Manager with a structural steel company or main contractor.
* Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of construction management processes, regulations, and standards.
* Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, effective written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications.
