Site Construction Manager
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide technical expertise and support to the site team on setting out issues, ensuring efficient project delivery.
* Manage day-to-day activities of the setting out team, guaranteeing timely completion of tasks and adherence to company procedures.
* Maintain accurate records of setting information, including as-built documentation and site measurements.
* Liaise with design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of projects to required standards.
* Ensure quality control checks are carried out in accordance with project specifications.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
* Hold a degree in Construction Management or related field.
* Possess extensive experience in a similar role, with specific knowledge in housing and residential sectors.
* Familiarity with setting out procedures and equipment is essential.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this position.
* Able to work independently and manage teams effectively.
* Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
