In addition to managing store operations, the successful candidate will work on the shop floor, covering the till and supporting the pharmacist to ensure efficient and friendly service. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily store operations, ensuring high standards of customer service and care. Operate the till, handle transactions, and engage with customers to provide a welcoming experience. Manage inventory, stock levels, and store presentation to ensure availability and compliance. Collaborate closely with the pharmacist to ensure smooth store and dispensary operations. Implement sales strategies to meet and exceed business targets. Ensure compliance with all company policies. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner. Support staff training and development, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Requirements: Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a pharmacy or healthcare setting. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to operate tills and handle cash transactions accurately. Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and adapt in a small-team environment.
