A well -established and growing Irish construction company is seeking an Accounts Technician to support its expanding finance function. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records across multiple entities and assisting with ongoing business growth.
Responsibilities
* Manage bank postings, reconciliations, and supplier payments.
* Prepare sales invoices, payroll journals, and month -end reconciliations.
* Maintain fixed asset registers and process prepayments and accruals.
* Support year -end audits and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Requirements
o Qualified ATI Technician or Part -Qualified Accountant (or equivalent).
o Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
o Proven experience in an accounting or finance support role.
o Proficiency in Sage or similar accounting software.
1–3 years' experience in financial or accounts administration with a desire to broaden exposure across a multi -entity environment.
