**Job Title:** Compliance BCAR Engineer/Inspector
**Job Type:** Full-time
**Industry:** Engineering

The role involves supporting diverse projects nationwide, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high standards in building control. This includes preparing and completing commencement and completion notices, compiling completion and ancillary certificates, attending client, design, and site meetings, and conducting site inspections with detailed reports.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Degree in Architecture, Building Surveying, Civil & Structural Engineering, or Mechanical & Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 4 years' industry experience.
• Certification in Building Control or Building Regulations and Assigned Certifier training.
