Greninko Unlimited Company are hiring for the role of Front Desk Receptionist – fixed term, maternity cover – for a serviced office building in 12 Merrion Square North. Due to start in January 2026 until October 2026.
Duties to include (but not limited to):
Handling and distribution of post and for our office clients and virtual office clients
Responding to client emails and enquiries
Handling phone calls for all clients
Greeting visitors and showing them where to go
Checking and maintaining stock -stationery, kitchen supplies and cleaning supplies
Preparing boardroom meetings -providing refreshments when required and helping with set up of tech equipment.
Post office and banking runs
Admin work, including invoicing and purchase orders.
Knowledge of SAGE accounting software not essential but preferable
Salary will depend on experience

Pay: €29,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
