We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join a leading innovator in the healthcare technology sector. In this role, you will act as a seasoned individual contributor, bridging the gap between R&D and full‑scale production. You will be responsible for optimizing complex manufacturing processes and spearheading the integration of new technologies to ensure world‑class production standards.
Core Responsibilities
Process Optimization: Drive technical and sustaining engineering initiatives to enhance production yields, improve efficiencies, and maintain rigorous quality standards.
Design‑to‑Manufacturing: Collaborate closely with product development teams to ensure new designs are compatible with existing processing methods, focusing on cost‑efficiency and scalability.
Innovation & Feasibility: Lead the development of new manufacturing concepts, including material selection, equipment sourcing, and tooling development from feasibility through to operational handover.
Statistical Rigor: Develop processes suitable for Statistical Process Control (SPC) and utilize deep data analysis to drive continuous improvement.
Project Leadership: Manage end‑to‑end technical projects, influencing internal and external stakeholders to achieve strategic organizational goals.

Qualifications & Experience
