**Facilities Maintenance Specialist**
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine and non-routine repairs and maintenance in plant or office facilities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multiple trade areas including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting. You will work independently as well as collaboratively with other departments to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently.
You should also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to read comprehend speak write English fluently along with having good computer skills especially MS Office Internet Explorer knowledge of facility management systems is preferred but not required. -----------------------------------
