Account Executive – German Market (EMEA)
Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid) | German & English Required

What You'll Do
1. Own the full sales cycle: qualification, discovery, demo, negotiation, and close
2. Build and grow a strong German-speaking customer base across EMEA
3. Manage a high-velocity pipeline, forecasting accurately and driving consistent results
4. Partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer teams to ensure customer success
5. Use AI tools and automation to work smarter and maximise selling time
6. Lead by example through ownership, discipline, and accountability
7. Support and mentor junior Account Executives as the team scales
8. Get exposure to wider commercial projects and continuous skill development
What You Bring
9. 2+ years' experience closing net-new business in a quota-carrying SaaS role
10. Strong background selling MarTech or high-growth SaaS solutions
11. Comfortable selling to Founders, Business Owners, and Marketing Leaders
12. Proven success in high-volume, fast-paced sales environments
13. Curious, tech-savvy, and already experimenting with AI tools in your workflow
14. Fluent German & English (spoken and written)
15. Highly driven, resilient, and motivated by exceeding targets
16. Collaborative, relationship-focused, and eager to grow
17. Full authorisation to work in Ireland
