Your new role
This busy role includes personal assistant duties. The successful candidate will be the first contact for students and will play a key role in implementing a new admission system. Responsibilities also include coordinating school events, managing admissions and applications, handling school reports, managing students, assisting with daily operations, preparing documentation, planning and executing events/trips, and liaising with departments and external parties.
What you'll need to succeed
At least 5 years of experience in a busy administrative role is required. The candidate should have a proven track record of stakeholder collaboration, experience supporting efficiency and change initiatives, and strong knowledge of administrative systems like Microsoft Office. Excellent time management, multitasking, organizational, planning, adaptability, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.
