Our organisation is seeking an experienced Insurance Claims Assessor to join their medical insurance claims department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to incoming emails and calls, handling member queries, processing member claims, processing payments and subscriptions, acknowledging customer complaints, and undertaking general administration tasks as required.
