Constellation Healthcare is hiring experienced Clinical, Educational, or Counselling Senior Psychologists for permanent, hybrid positions with 3 days on-site each week in South Co. Dublin. Our model supports families with multidisciplinary assessment and early intervention, linking assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and tools to provide the right support at the right time.
We work with children and adolescents aged 218 with developmental, communication, and behavioural needs, celebrating each child’s individuality and helping them reach their full potential. From first contact to post-diagnosis supports, our multidisciplinary team provides guidance, reassurance, and clinical expertise at every step.

Responsibilities
* Provide a quality Psychology Assessment Service to the children and families allocated to you.
* Ensure the provision of a high-quality psychology service in accordance with standards of professional practice within Constellation Healthcare.
* Carry out assessments and collaborate with other clinicians to determine outcomes and results.
* Attend MDT meetings to discuss findings, recommendations, and complete the Summary Report.
* Lead the assessment process through MDT and Clinical Governance Feedback.
* Deliver intervention services as appropriate and participate in bespoke projects where suitable.
Eligibility Criteria
Have a university degree or diploma (QQI level 8 or equivalent) with 1st or 2nd class honours in psychology as a major subject, with honours in that subject.
Have an Irish post-graduate professional psychology qualification accredited by the Psychological Society of Ireland in Clinical, Counselling, or Educational Psychology, or an equivalent qualification from another jurisdiction validated by the Department of Health (application must include validation letter).
Demonstrate expertise in paediatric assessments, with a strong understanding of interdisciplinary collaboration and family-centred practice.
* Minimum 3 years post-graduate experience in professional psychology (no more than 3 years spent in obtaining the post-graduate qualification; at least 2 years full-time post-qualification experience).
* Be eligible to work in Ireland.
* Strong proficiency in writing clear, concise, and well-structured reports.
