Job Opportunity: Site Manager
The successful candidate will assist with the administration of a contract, subject to duties delegated by an Employer's Representative.
Duties include drafting progress reports, monthly valuations (Interim payment certificates), claims determination letters and responses to RFIs and other contractor's correspondence.
A key aspect of this role is maintaining detailed records and diaries (both hard and soft copies) in relation to all aspects of project progression.
These records should be kept up-to-date for inspection by authorised personnel at any time.
Additionally, the site manager will keep accurate logs of delays, industrial disputes, adverse physical conditions and disputes with sub-contractors and landowners.
