Job Title: CMMS Co-ordinator
About the Role:
The CMMS Co-ordinator plays a key role in managing the day-to-day operations of the site maintenance management system.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage access control to the CMMS system, ensuring secure and authorised access for all users.
* Set up new assets, routines, job specifications, and associated details, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
* Design and assist in creating reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights into CMMS performance.
* Provide guidance and training to engineering technicians on Pemac Assets, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
* Maintain and update work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the CMMS, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
* Compile and report technical performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to strategic decision-making.
* Propose and develop improvements for PEMAC Assets, fostering innovation and excellence in maintenance management.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in CMMS administration and maintenance management.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and identify trends.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
* Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to CMMS and maintenance management.
