Prioritisingurgentworkbyreadingandroutingcorrespondence,collectinginformationandinitiatingtelecommunications.
Preparing,filingdocumentsandcompletionofonlineformsfornewwork.
Using a variety of internal and external software packages, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc. to produce correspondence, documents, presentations, records and spreadsheets.
Managingprojects,andcontributingtoproductivityandsalesgroup
Receptioncover.
Preparingdailydraftinvoices,includingobtainingpurchaseordernumbers.
