We are currently seeking a
Recruitment Administrator
to support our busy recruitment team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative and organisational skills who enjoys working in a dynamic, people-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the recruitment team.
* Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
* Post job advertisements across multiple platforms.
* Coordinate interview scheduling and liaise with candidates and hiring managers.
* Ensure compliance with internal processes and employment regulations.
* Assist with onboarding tasks, including preparing offer documentation and scheduling inductions.
* Generate recruitment reports and track key hiring metrics.
Skills & Experience Required
* Previous experience in recruitment or HR administration preferred.
* Excellent organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with ATS platforms.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
