This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and organised administrator to join a busy, customer-focused environment. The successful candidate will support order processing, customer enquiries, and the wider account management team while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
1. Process customer orders and handle queries promptly and professionally
2. Prepare and issue customer quotations
3. Provide administrative support to the Field Account Management team
4. Manage invoicing and credit processing
5. Complete general office administration duties
6. Carry out ad hoc tasks as required to support smooth daily operations
Requirements:
7. Minimum of two years' experience in a busy administrative role
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
9. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a high-volume workload
10. A positive, forward-thinking attitude and proactive approach
11. Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and accuracy in task completion
12. Fluent English, both written and spoken

13. Salary: €30,000 – €32,000 DOE
14. Location: Westport
15. Hours: Full-time, office-based
