Path is looking for a UX/UI Designer
with a minimum of
two years professional experience
post-graduation to join our growing team.
This role is well suited to an
early-career designer
who wants to deepen their experience in
human-centred design
in a supportive environment.
As a small design consultancy, our team works closely across every stage of a project. Designers at Path are hands-on from early problem definition through to delivery, working directly with clients and seeing the real-world impact of their work.

Role Description
You will work within the design team across both early strategic phases and design delivery. This includes:
* User research
* Designing and testing wireframes and interfaces
* UX, content and accessibility audits
* Planning and facilitating co-creation workshops and user testing sessions
* Supporting clients in maintaining and updating their websites
* You will work closely with other designers, developers and client teams as part of small team.
Qualifications and eligibility
* BA in Interaction Design or Visual Communications
* Minimum 2-years relevant professional experience
* Fluent written and spoken English
* Full eligibility to
permanently
work in Ireland. Please note visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
Nice to have
* Service Design experience
* Frontend development skills
* A digital accessibility qualification

Dublin City Centre (on-site, with flexibility for occasional remote work after probation)

Permanent, confirmed following a 6-month probation period.

€37,000 per annum reviewed as responsibilities and experience grow.
