Product Specialist
This role is crucial in bridging the gap between customers and our product offerings. A background in engineering, combined with excellent problem-solving skills, will enable you to succeed in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and expand customer relationships.
* Coordinate sales orders and work closely with internal teams for timely delivery.
* Provide technical product support, troubleshoot issues, and offer aftersales service.
* Lead investigations to resolve customer complaints with our production team.
* Offer warranty support and manage customer queries efficiently.
* Represent the company at trade shows and events.
* Visit customer sites (Frequency to be agreed with management).
* Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet customer requirements.
